Job summary

DABS, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional with RBT experience to provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized care rooted in dignity and respect. You will work under supervision to monitor progress and ensure consistent care across sessions.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, transportation, medication support, and collaboration with caregivers and clinicians to align goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
• CPR certification and a recent TB test; we can help obtain both.
• Willingness to undergo state and federal fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized BIPs under supervision and collect data to monitor progress.
• Assist with daily living activities: housekeeping, meals, errands, hygiene.
• Assist with medication administration and transportation when needed.
• Collaborate with supervisor, parents/caregivers, and stakeholders for consistency of care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and scope of practice.
