Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting across New Jersey. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, ages birth to 21.

This role emphasizes a supportive team environment and hands-on parent involvement. The position offers paid training, a collaborative work culture, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment.
• Assist BCBA with training families on plans.
• Respond to clients, families, and supervisor requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as needed.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
