Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based team in New Jersey. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, delivering individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

You’ll participate in training, collaborate with families, and help maintain a supportive, fast-paced environment focused on positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, their families and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and other applicable parties
• Move with clients during sessions including physical activities
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
