Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Buckhead, GA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings. Paid training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities are available.

Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education; strong reliability and willingness to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
