ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is hiring for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles. These full-time positions offer starting hourly rates of $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
