Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in multiple settings around McDonough, GA. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement under BCBA supervision.

Starting hourly rates are $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
