Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Pike County. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision.

We are a locally owned organization with strong support from clinical supervisors and staffing teams. Paid training, RBT certification support, and full-time benefits are available for eligible employees.

Formación

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
