Qualifications

• One or more years of direct care experience implementing behavior support plans.
• Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
• Possession of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification from BACB.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to train and maintain Safety Care/ other trainings within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and follow-up training on Behavior Support Plans and assist with behaviors during interventions and observations.
• Collect, communicate, and record behavior data during interventions and observations, write summaries or incident documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team (ID) meetings and model appropriate behavioral intervention strategies during consumer escalations.
