Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team, supporting children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record session data, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to foster independence and positive behavior.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and same-day pay, plus paid training for newcomers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with fidelity.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
