Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dedicated ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

You will record session data, collaborate with a clinical team, and connect with families to support goals. Part-time roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn, patient, compassionate
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
