Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism through evidence-based ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, same-day pay, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional advancement via BCBA partnerships. Paid training is provided, and you will work with a robust clinical team to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
