Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Harlan, IA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services, implement skill-building plans, and support clients in achieving personalized goals.

This part-time role offers Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with a robust clinical team. Training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is requested to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
