Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Iowa is hiring a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and record data with care and precision.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance professionally through fellowship and BCBA program partnerships. RBT certification is required before working, and training is provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
