Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Atlantic, IA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior, under supervision of our clinical staff.

Services occur in clients' homes or community settings. You will record session data on electronic devices, collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, and participate in training with paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
