Job summary

Heartland ABA in Woodbine, IA seeks a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and accurately recording session data.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, and RBT certification before working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and collaborate with families.
