Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Woodbine, IA. This role supports clients’ independence and positive behavior under clinical supervision.

The position offers part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities to earn referral bonuses while helping families achieve meaningful goals in autism support. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stay calm and patient with children and families.
• Strong compassion and empathy when supporting clients in their goals.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques and continue training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
