Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) in Woodbine, IA to support clients in achieving personal goals through evidence-based ABA interventions. You will work one-on-one with children in home or community settings, recording progress and collaborating with our clinical team.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance with BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
