Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Abilene, TX to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. Training is provided, and on-site mentorship supports growth and certification progress.

Position offers full-time hours, structured scheduling, and opportunities for advancement, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. No prior ABA experience required as training is paid.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
