BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Texas. Training is provided, with path to RBT certification and on-site BCBA support.

Competitive pay and benefits accompany a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays based on client needs. The role involves delivering ABA therapy to children with autism, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
