Job summary

BlueSprig in Kyle, Texas is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and home-based settings. No ABA experience required—paid training and dedicated mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
