You’ll help kids learn through play and activities, maintain a safe space, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Training is provided and RBT certification is paid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid RBT certification provided after hire.
• No experience required; paid training available.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
