Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Chester, VA is excited to hire an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA protocols. You will collect data, document progress, and support clients in diverse environments.

We offer flexible hours (full-time and part-time), competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, a positive team culture, and opportunities for in-house training and growth. A valid RBT and driving capability are required.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients using BCBA-developed protocols.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a learning culture.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
