Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Trenton/Princeton to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA’s supervision. You will collect progress data, follow validated treatment plans, and work closely with families and the care team to support each child’s growth.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA therapy, documentation, and a collaborative environment focused on client outcomes and safety during sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities
