Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Edison/East Brunswick team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families to support client success. The role requires obtaining the 40-hour RBT training, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and reliable transportation for local travel.
