Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You’ll join a clinical team focused on independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
