heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our client-centered ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors.

This part-time role offers same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
