Job summary

ABA STEPS is hiring field-based RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services across Honolulu and Windward Oʻahu. You will implement evidence-based programs designed by supervisors and work with families to support skill acquisition in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

The role offers extensive training, paid Level 2–4 credentialing, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, fast‑paced organization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or enrollment in an RBT course.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• First Aid & BLS/CPR certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT).
• Implement SBT and PFA components; Level 2 training provided.
• Run group sessions for 4–7 participants when qualified.
• Collect and record data using company-issued iPads.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
