Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services in Honolulu and Windward OʻahU. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and participate in ongoing training.

Position is field-based, with typical 30 hours/week and potential up to 40 hours. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or enrollment in an RBT course.
• Current First Aid & BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance/safety/registration.
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet access.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (e.g., DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT).
• Running group-based skill-building sessions for 4–7 participants when qualified.
• Collecting and recording data using company-issued iPads.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
• Maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all service settings.
