Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) in the Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland area. Starting at $30/hour for RBT and $26/hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize, and document session data.
