Step Forward ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team in Illinois. You will work one-on-one with children, using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, communication, and social skills in home and community settings.

Travel to client homes may be required; reliable transportation is essential. We offer a $20.00–$28.00 per hour pay range, a $300 sign-on bonus for active RBT licensure, PTO/sick time, health/dental/vision benefits for full-time staff,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a National Criminal Background check.
• RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to engage physically with children and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA techniques.
• Teach skills to enhance communication and functioning.
• Implement and monitor behavior plans, adjust strategies as needed.
• Restructure environments to support positive outcomes and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
