Job summary

Step Forward ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism using evidence-based ABA techniques. You will work one-on-one to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth in a supportive setting.

RBT certification is preferred, with training available upon hire, and travel to in-home settings may be required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonuses, and flexible schedules to accommodate ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred.
• Completion of RBT certification process within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to collect and track data on progress.
• Willingness to travel and work in-home settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Teach skills to enhance communication and functioning.
• Implement and monitor behavior plans; adjust strategies as needed.
• Modify environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with behavior analysts, families and peers to coordinate activities.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
