Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. The role supports developmental milestones through BCBA-designed sessions and data collection.

Responsibilities include data tracking, teamwork, and ongoing RBT training with an exam within 90 days. Competitive benefits include paid training, health options, and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress.
