Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our home-based treatment team. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one treatment to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Be responsive to clients and family needs and requests.
