Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our national behavioral health team. You will provide 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support individualized plans for children on the autism spectrum.

Flexible part-time evening/afternoon hours are available with paid training and opportunities for guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Be responsive to clients' needs and requests.
