Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based team, providing one-to-one applied behavior analysis services to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. You will help implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, have reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically move with children during sessions (standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
