Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We seek Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 treatment alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to clients from birth to age 21 in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
