Breakthrough ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, as well as center-based services in Cypress, TX.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs, is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and have valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Breakthrough ABA provides parents and families with high-quality ABA services both in a clinic and at home to enable them to thrive. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Compensation and Schedule :

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Skills and Qualifications :

• RBT certification OR willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
