Heartland-Aba-1 in Des Moines is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, following evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
