Job summary

Heartland ABA in Des Moines, IA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You will join a supportive clinical team with same-day pay, flexible part-time hours, and paid training. We ask for a 6-month commitment and welcome candidates with a passion for helping children with Autism. Training is provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and family engagement.
