Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) available for AFTERNOON HOURS to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism ages 1-21. This role offers flexible afternoon shifts with both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA interventions, data collection and analysis, and coordinating with program staff to ensure consistency and high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families (Required).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance (Required).
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions (Required).
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
