Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon hours. Positions include part-time and full-time roles with pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour. Responsibilities include providing ABA interventions, data collection, and coordinating with staff to ensure consistency of programs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.
