Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect session data, and assist with communication, social, and daily living skills.

We seek compassionate, dependable individuals with RBT certification and strong interpersonal skills. Training, ongoing clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
