Job summary

Applaud Autism Services – Indianapolis, IN is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about meaningful work and ready to bring their expertise to a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and partnering with BCBAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification through BACB (required).
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD.
• Confident delivering services independently in field (home, community, or school).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HS diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill development and behavior reduction.
• Collect accurate data using clinical software to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Support generalization of skills and parent/caregiver coaching as directed.
