Job summary

Applaud Autism Services in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and work with BCBAs to ensure high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification through the BACB (required).
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD.
• Confidence delivering services independently in the field (home, community, or school).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill development, behavior reduction, and client independence.
• Collect accurate data using clinical software to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
• Support generalization of skills and contribute to parent and caregiver coaching as directed by the BCBA.
