Job summary

Applaud Autism Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our community-based care team. You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings under the supervision of BCBA professionals.

You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and help clients build skills and independence while supporting families with coaching and guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD.
• Ability to work independently in home, school, or community settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• College coursework in psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to develop skills and reduce behavior.
• Collect data using clinical software to track progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure quality implementation.
• Support caregiver coaching and generalization of skills.
