Sunshine Care ABA Services in Gilbert, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across Gilbert and the East Valley. If you love working with kids and want to make a real difference, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, passionate individual with strong communication.
• HIPAA awareness and client confidentiality commitment.
• Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and ASD.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP) under supervision.
• Collect and record data to measure progress and outcomes.
• Use ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support behavior reduction goals and develop behavior support plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and treatment team.
