Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to work with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. This part-time role involves hands-on ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and data collection.

You will implement treatment plans, support skill-building, and communicate progress with the clinical team, with flexible after-school hours and strong supervision and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to obtain required training.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work after-school hours.
• Willingness to complete training requirements for the RBT role.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services as an ABA therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
