Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We provide full training, including RBT 40-hour training at no cost, with pathways to RBT certification and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Education required: High school Diploma or College Degree.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: 1 year as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge: Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: Perform role with integrity and professionalism.
• Positivity & Patience: Positive attitude and patience emphasized.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background Check: Willing to complete a background check.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable car and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Work with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with families and team members.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.
