Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Camden, NJ is seeking dedicated therapists to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, helping them communicate, gain independence, and develop daily living skills. Flexible schedules and meaningful, real-world impact are emphasized.

Earn $20–$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth and supervision from BCBA mentors. Availability at least 3 days per week during after-school hours is preferred to match client needs.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required.
• Must be able to travel to client homes.
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Must read and write English sufficiently to understand treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
