Job summary

Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, follow individualized behavior plans, collect session data with simple tools, collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, and bring positivity,

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred in ABA.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
